At the National Conference of Condition Monitoring 2025 held at the HAL Management Academy, Mr. Girish Nilange spoke on the topic “Indigenization of D38999 Series III Connectors – A Case Study.” He began the session with an introduction to Rotary Connectors, covering the company overview, product portfolio, and overall approach methodology.

 He explained Rotary Connectors’ manufacturing capabilities, development ecosystem, and the importance of structured testing, validation, and certifications.
